Refund policy

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the nature of farm products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless .
  • Apparel, gift items, and non-perishable products may be eligible for returns under certain conditions (see below).

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To request a replacement or refund:

  • Email info@wetknotfarms.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will review your request and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if applicable.

3. Non-Perishable Item Returns

For eligible non-perishable items (such as apparel, gift items, or accessories):

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

4. Floral Subscriptions & CSA Shares

  • Subscription and CSA purchases are non-refundable once the season begins.
  • If you need to pause or transfer your subscription, contact us in advance to discuss options.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed.
  • Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
