1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom orders, subscriptions, or specialty items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by location:
    • Local Pickup (Greenville, SC): Free, available on the day selected, or will be notified if any change has occurred.
    • Local Delivery: Available in zip codes () for a flat rate depending on location ($5 - $15 per delivery).
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated 7 Business days. Only available on nonperishable items such as merchandise.

3. Local Pickup & Delivery

  • Local pickup is available at 112 Whitney Street, Slater, SC 29683 You will receive an email when your order is ready.
  • For local delivery, ensure someone is available to receive perishable items. A cooler may be left on the front porch for perishable items if not home. Flowers will be left in a shaded spot.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we currently only ship merchandise.

5. Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
  • Wet Knot Farms is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email info@wetknotfarms.com within 7 days with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • If a package is lost in transit, contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Returns & Refunds on Shipped Items

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on perishable items.
